Park works with the customer to establish robust & lean processes to ensure parts & assemblies meet and exceed customer requirements. Park tracks both internal & external performance to establish quality objectives and continually improve using SPC methods to monitor in-process characteristics and prevent escaping non-conformances.
Quality Control System
Park Enterprises & Park Holdings has a documented quality management system that meets ISO-9001 standard. This system was designed originally for the automotive system; and includes customer specific requirements.
Inspection Equipment
Park Enterprises & Park Holdings uses all necessary inspection equipment for a modern assembly & screw product / turning machine shop. Our inspection equipment includes the following listed below:

- OGP – 18" x 18" tabletop MVP smart-scope: 34x – 180x magnification.

Various digital calipers; gage pins; thread gages; ring gages, micrometers and fixture related dial indicators.
Additional specialty testing is conducted with either customer owned or program specific tooling & test equipment to meet print and customer specific requirements.
